Shipping & Return Policy


We ship to all 50 U.S States, and to select countries. All perishable items are shipped in insulated packages with ice to ensure freshness. Perishable items cannot be in transit for more than two days safely. If your order contains refrigerated goods it can only be shipped via (customer’s choice of) 1 or 2 day air shipping or UPS Ground in qualifying areas. In many States neighboring New York you can select expedited shipping for your order.

If your order contains no perishables it may be shipped with UPS Ground to any destination, non perishable items will be shipped via UPS ground if the transit time will take more than two days.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping to the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT).

Orders of $400 or more going anywhere else in the contiguous United States will be shipped for free.

Return Policy

As with any perishable item, occasionally there may be an issue. Should there be any issue, please contact us at or 516-HERRING (437-7464) and explain the issue to us. If any of the products come damaged or above a safe temperature please let us know right away by explaining the damage and supplying a picture of the damage. We will then send out a replacement as soon as possible or we can offer store credit to our online shop. We can only provide credit for your order if your order arrives damaged or over temperature, there are no returns for taste preferences.
