Submitting a Claim:
In the event of any issues concerning your order, namely damage upon delivery, non-delivery, or theft, we kindly request that you direct your communication to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For efficient processing of your claim, we urge you to include your order number and any pertinent supplementary information at your disposal. Please take note that claims are subject to a submission window of seven (7) days from the date of order shipment.
In cases of package theft or loss, reimbursement shall encompass the aggregate value of all items ordered, in addition to the associated shipping costs.
For situations involving damaged items exclusively, reimbursement shall be limited to the value of the damaged merchandise.
Reimbursements shall be credited to the original payment method.
Upon the approval of a valid claim, the reshipment of your items shall be initiated within a timeframe of 2-3 business days.
In the event that certain items are unavailable due to stock limitations, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the value of those items.
